CHG BoD green-lights hospital acquisition, 50-bed hospital leasing agreement; plans to set up pharma company
Cleopatra Hospitals Group’s (CHG) [CLHO.CA] BoD approved the acquisition of Al Katib Hospital and the signing of a long-term leasing agreement of a 50-bed specialist hospital in East Cairo. The BoD has also approved the establishment of a pharmaceutical company under the name “CHG Pharma” with a paid-in capital of EGP250mn.
