Central Authority for Development to tender EGP2.7bn contracts
The Central Authority for Development is set to tender contracts to develop a number of 18,100 units in five cities, with a total cost estimated at cEGP2.7bn, to be financed by the Housing Ministry. Contracts for building c27,000 units in 17 cities are in the process of being tendered, with a total cost of cEGP4bn. The average cost per unit is cEGP150,000. (Al Borsa)
