CBE sets operating hours for FX bureaus in line with banks
The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) issued a release last Thursday to foreign currency bureaus that sets their opening hours from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm including weekends, in line with banks’ operating hours. CBE stressed that operating outside of these timings would be illegal. FX bureaus used to be allowed to open until 11:00 pm during weekends. (Al Borsa)
