Saudi Airlines Catering (6004.SE) announced that it has entered into an agreement with French company Lagardere Travel Retail and Arabian Ground Handling Logistic Company to manage and operate the duty free shops (c1,834 sqm) at King Fahad International Airport in Dammam. The agreement, which is yet to be signed by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), will be effective as of April 2017. The cost of the project is SAR15mn with Catering financing its share through internal cash flows. Catering expects this agreement to reflect on its financials starting 1Q18.
