Burgan Bank and Ahli United Bank to convene AGMs to issue bonds
Burgan Bank’s shareholders will hold a meeting on 29 March to authorise the bank’s Board of Directors to issue bonds. Ahli United Bank also says to convene shareholders meeting on 30 March to authorise its Board of Directors to issue sukuks or other financing instruments.
