United International Transportation Company ( Budget Saudi) (4260.SE) has received a request from Barloworld Logistics to extend the terms of the Letter of Intent (LOI) due for expiry on 1 May 2016 to 31 May 2016. Barloworld made the request as it is yet to finalise drafting the legal contracts as related parties are still negotiating some of the articles. Earlier in November 2015, Budget Saudi had received a LOI from Barloworld Logistics to partner with Budget Saudi's fully-owned trucking subsidiary Rahaal for commercial representation in Saudi Arabia.
