Banque Misr obtains USD105mn murabaha facility from UAE banks
Banque Misr has obtained a USD105mn murabaha financing facility from three UAE banks, according to bank Chairman Mohamed Mahmoud Eletreby. Eletreby said the facility was obtained from three of the largest UAE banks, but declined from disclosing their names. He said the facility would strengthen Banque Misr's foreign currency resources and would be paid back in two years. (Amwal Al Ghad)
