Bahri eyes Europe expansion for General Cargo business
The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri)’s Head of General Cargo Transportation told Argaam that the company is planning on expanding its general cargo transportation business to Europe. The company’s expansion will not necessarily require fleet additions, as the company will aim to expand through partnership agreements with other companies. He added that the high availability of ships has had a negative impact on transportation prices, which is “unhealthy for the market”. (Argaam)
