Azizi Developments (Azizi) has announced booking AED1.3bn (USD350mn) worth of sales over Cityscape Global 2017. On day one, the entire phase one and 50% of phase two’s inventory of the AED12bn waterfront project Azizi Riviera were sold out. Azizi Riviera comprises 69 mid-rise residential buildings, offering 13,000 units of studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments, as well as an integrated retail district and a four and a five-star hotel. The project, which is located in the Meydan One district, started construction in July with the completion of phase one and two scheduled for 2H18. Azizi said it also witnessed successful sales across a number of its other projects at the exhibition, including Farhad Azizi Residences in Dubai Healthcare City, Azizi Mina serviced apartments on The Palm Jumeirah and residential developments at Al Furjan. The total value of all its projects showcased at Cityscape 2017 amounted to cAED20bn.
