Arabtec Construction (Arabtec) announced that it was awarded a AED157mn (EGP755mn) contract for the construction of Phase III and IV of Village E Levana in Emaar Misr’s Uptown Cairo project. The total BuA of both phases is roughly 61,000 sqm. Phase III and IV entail the construction of 128 villas along with surrounding roadworks and infrastructure.
