Americana to delist shares voluntarily on 23 April 2018
Kuwait Food Company's (Americana) [FOOD.KK] announced that it will voluntarily delist shares in Kuwait on 23 April 2018. This decision was approved by the company’s general assembly on 5 June 2017 and by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) on 19 October 2017.
