Amanat said that it has fully disposed of its 4.14% stake in Al Noor Hospitals for an average price of GBP11.6 per share (Al Noor closes at GBP11.24 on Wednesday). Amanat had bought these shares from Deutsche Bank for AED250 million in May 2015. Amanat did not disclose the name of the buyer. Amanat is the region’s largest integrated healthcare and education company. (Bloomberg)
