Aldar Properties has set 4 October as the launch date for the third phase of Yas Acres, which will comprise 260 villas and townhouses, bringing a new two-bedroom townhouse offering into the market. Prices for the homes will begin at AED2.3mn, with sizes ranging between 200 sqm to 324 sqm. Management had mentioned that c90% Yas Acres units released to the market have been sold, with one-third of the buyers coming from the GCC, another one-third from the wider MENA region and the remaining one-third were foreign customers.
