Aldar seeks bids for USD60 million Meera Shams towers
Aldar Properties has invited companies to submit bids for the contract to build its Meera Shams development in Abu Dhabi, in Reem Island. The project involves the construction of two mid-rise residential towers that are c25 storeys tall. Each tower will include 204 apartments. The project value is estimated at USD60 million, with the award date set for August 2016, completion in November 2018. (MEED, MEED Projects)
