Aldar secures 23 store lease agreement with Apparel Group
Aldar Properties (Aldar) finalised a lease agreement with Apparel Group, a fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate, for twenty three stores, covering Yas Mall, The Mall at WTCAD and Al Jimi Mall. The deal represents over 100,000 sq ft of retail space across the three malls. The first of the twenty three stores opened on 26 May 2019. (Company disclosure)
