Aldar Properties hires banks for USD750mn sukuk refinancing
State-linked builder Aldar Properties hired banks to arrange a USD-denominated sukuk issue of at least USD750mn, sources familiar with the matter said. The issue will refinance a USD750mn outstanding sukuk due in December this year. The size of the transaction could increase, depending on demand, one of the sources said.
