Al Tayyar Travel Group (1810.SE) reported KPIs for 3Q16, with net income of SAR188mn, down 29% Y-o-Y (-37% Q-o-Q). The company attributed the decline in earnings to lower revenue (-4% Y-o-Y) on weak travel agency and domestic tourism revenue, especially to the government sector and government-related companies, as well as lower ticket prices. Meanwhile, gross profit fell c16% Y-o-Y to SAR325mn, while operating profit dropped c21% Y-o-Y to SAR213mn.
