Al Othaim anticipates increase in costs of SAR16 million on change in subsidies and tariffs
Al Othaim Markets (4001.SE) announced that the company is anticipating an increase in the operating costs of SAR16 million (c7% of 2014 net income) due to the rise of fuel, electricity and water prices, part of the Saudi government’s change in subsidies and tariffs announced on 28 December 2015. The company expects the financial impact of these decisions to impact financial results for the year 2016.
