Al Masha’ar REIT Fund signed on SAR500mn sharia-compliant financing facility agreement with a local bank. The proceeds will be directed to finance new acquisitions. The five year facility, with quarterly repayments, was secured by a promissory note and a mortgage of income-yielding properties.
