Al Khaleej extends MoU with ANB Invest to set up REIT until March 2018
Al Khaleej Training [4290.SE] announced it has extended the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Arab National Investment Company (ANB Invest) to set up a real estate investment trust (REIT) until 5 Mar 2018 to complete the procedures under the same terms and conditions agreed upon. The company has previously disclosed that the objective of the REIT is to build and buy educational buildings to develop the educational sector in the region.
