AFDB approves USD500mn loan payment to Egypt, International Cooperation Minister says
The African Development Bank's board approved a payment of a USD500mn loan to Egypt yesterday, the second of three expected disbursals, said the Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr. The loan is subject to parliamentary approval, but Nasr did not specify when a vote might take place. (Reuters)
