Abu Qir Fertilizers to study increasing its share capital to finance new investments
Saad Abu El-Maaty, Abu Qir Fertilizers Chairman has announced that the company is currently studying an increase in share capital to finance its new investments. The company had announced previously a new phosphoric acid and phosphate fertiliser complex, which will be conducted in partnership with a consortium of corporations. It is worth mentioning that the total project will cost USD1bn and will have an annual production capacity of 500k tonnes per annum. (Al Mal)
