Raya earlier announced that it had received an offer worth cEGP117 million for all of its c47 k shares and that the company is in negotiations to exit Rameda. Meanwhile, according to Al Borsa, Marianne Ghali, the managing director and chairman of Sphinx, stated that they plan on exiting Rameda and that they have already received offers for all their shares and will exit when they receive a ‘suitable offer’.
