• Adjust fair value to SAR9.99/share on 1:20 bonus share issue We adjust our fair value (FV) for Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons (Al-Khodari) to SAR9.99/share from SAR10.49/share, to account for the 1:20 bonus share issue approved by shareholders at the EGM held on 28 June. The number of outstanding shares has increased by 2.7mn, effective today (29 June), while the new number of shares is 55.8mn.
