500 feddans of non-residential land is set to be launched at New Capital City within two months
A new launch comprising c500 feddans of non-residential land is planned at New Capital City within two months, according to Eng. Khalid Abbas, Assistant Housing Minister. Areas offered will range between 2 to 20 feddans per land plot. On a related note, the technical proposals received from 13 companies applying for nine out of a total of 15 mixed-use land plots offered have been approved, and the financial proposals are currently being processed, in an exercise that is set to be completed before end of March.
